How You Earn the NHSP® Designation Sign up and attend the 10-hour intensive instruction course Day 1: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. | Day 2: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Total Investment for the NHSP® Designation The 10-hour intensive instruction course (in-person): Price: $597 Renewal for the NHSP® Designation Annual renewal fee: $45 Refresher Course for the NHSP® Designation Attend any refresher course, space permitting.
